It looks good and it comes with a carrying pouch, which I use to carry my wallet and keys and the gym. I'm 6'-2" and the longest setting is too long for me. This rope could probably work for someone as tall as 6'-6". I had to shorten it by about 2" on each side. Luckily the screw mechanism is very easy to adjust just with your fingers . Very useful !!!"
